These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ATTMoc Auto Service Center Management System ("Platform") operated by ATTMoc ASC, available at asc.attmoc.space.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. The Service
ATTMoc ASC provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for automotive service centers, including tools for:
- Customer and vehicle management
- Appointment scheduling
- Service record tracking
- Invoice generation and payment tracking
- Staff management
- Subscription and billing management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted — we require it for Owner and Staff roles.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@attmoc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
3.1 Plans
The Platform offers subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) billed monthly or yearly. Pricing and limits are subject to change with 30 days notice.
3.2 Free Trial
New service centers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial:
- Days 0–7 after trial: Read-only access (Grace Period)
- Days 8–30 after trial: Account suspended — no access
- Day 31+: Account and all data permanently deleted
3.3 Payment
Subscriptions are activated upon admin approval of your payment proof. Subscription periods begin on the approval date.
3.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Contact us within 14 days at support@attmoc.com if you believe you were charged in error.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent business or customer data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other service centers' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the Platform to third parties
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
- Use the Platform to store data that violates applicable privacy laws without proper consent
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Your Data & Our Access
You own all data you enter into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.
As the platform operator, we commit to:
- Not accessing your business data except for support or legal compliance
- Not sharing your data with other service centers on the Platform
- Not selling your data to third parties
- Logging all administrative access to your data in an audit trail

6. Data Responsibility
You are the data controller for all customer personal data you enter into the Platform. This means:
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers to store their data in a third-party system.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must not enter sensitive personal data beyond what the Platform is designed to collect.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by ATTMoc ASC. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Platform or its components
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the Platform
Your data remains yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over the business data you enter.
8. Uptime & Service Availability
- Target uptime: 99.5% monthly (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Railway, DNS providers, etc.)
- We are not liable for data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@attmoc.com. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Use the Platform in a way that harms other users or the Platform itself
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ATTMoc ASC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any loss of business revenue, customers, or data resulting from Platform downtime or errors.
- We are not responsible for errors in data you enter into the Platform.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where ATTMoc ASC operates.
13. Changes to These Terms
We will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
